Masterstone is equipped with laser tools for engraving on diamond. This innovative technique, used by the most important gemology laboratories in the world, makes the engraving of typefaces or vectorial images on diamond belt possible and also gives the stone a sure awareness. Engraving has a height of about 100 microns and can be seen by a 10 extensions lens or, in an even easier way through a microscope. Engraving is mostly performed to bring the number of gemological analysis document back to the diamond, but it is being increasingly used for the engraving of personal sentences such as love messages or the date of important events. We need to point out that laser engraving does not cause damages nor tamper with diamond’s beauty.
